Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your new VALERIE C. purchase, we will be happy to proceed with an exchange or a refund. We take care of everything! The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package. To do this, your item must not have been worn or used, must still have its original tags and must be in the same condition as when received (otherwise, additional fees may apply).
To return one or more items purchased online :
1 - Go on your customer account here.
2 - Select the order and the items that you want to return.
3 - As soon as we have authorized your return request, you will receive an email with the return label. Take your package to a Canada Post (or other transporter) to proceed with the shipment.
As soon as we have received your package, we will proceed with the refund. We assume a large part of the return costs - your satisfaction is our priority! However, a small fee of 8$ +txs will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
In the case of an exchange, we will send you the new package free of charge by post! In case of out of stock, we will refund you.
We take care of every item we ship to our customers. However, if any of our products are defective or broken upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Please note that all the products on sale (red prices) and hair accessories (scrunchies and headbands) are final sale.
