Shipping policy
Packages are all shipped in fully recycled plastic bags of the company ECOENCLOSE or in cardboard boxes. Self-adhesive labels on parcels and tissue papers are also recyclable. You can reuse your bag/boxe or simply drop it off for recycling.
Shipping is within Canada only.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of the initial order. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed the next business day. Delivery is made by Canada Post. *If Canada Post are on strike, we use another carrier (Fedex or Purolator).
CA: We offer free shipping in Canada* for orders over $100 before taxes. If you order clothes or accessories totalling less than $100 before taxes, a CA$12 fee will apply.
USA: We do not offert shipping is USA for the moment.
*In some remote areas of Canada, shipping charges may be added to the total invoice amount before taxes.
